Join us for a lively and fun-filled Bush Dance! Get ready to kick up your heels and enjoy a night of traditional music, dancing, and community spirit. Our experienced caller will guide everyone through the steps, ensuring even the most novice dancers can join in the fun. Bring a family picnic or enjoy yummy food from the food trucks.

Schedule:

• 1:00 PM – Gates Open
• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Food Trucks, Lawn Games, Rides, and Music
• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Live Music by The Bushwackers with Bush Dance Caller and disco music in between sets

Important Information*:

We want everyone to have a fantastic time at our Bush Dance, including our younger participants. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly request that all students be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event. Please note that teachers will not be available to act as chaperones during the dance.

Ticket wristbands purchased before June 19th will be delivered to your student, as indicated when you purchase your tickets, during the week of June 24th. You will receive an email that the wristbands have been delivered so you can follow up with your student.

Ticket wristbands between June 20th and June 28th will be available for pick up on the day at the main entrance. The event map will be provided closer to the date.

Ticket wristbands will be available for purchase on the day for $7.50 per person.

In the case of bad weather, we must cancel the event and all ticket wristband purchases will be refunded. Early bird Cowboy hats will be given to those who purchased them.

So, round up your family, pack your picnic basket, and come along for a night of toe-tapping fun! We can’t wait to see you there.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable dancing shoes
• College-appropriate attire to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone. However, feel free to get creative with your hair, jewellery, and hats – express your unique style!
• Water bottles
• Your best bush dance spirit!
