As part of our goal to build community and support NWCC families, we’ve come up with the perfect Mother’s Day Gift!
This year for Mother’s Day the P&F has partnered with incredible professional photographers to provide your families with an amazing opportunity to create memories that will last forever.
A family portrait session, valued at $300, for only $50!
Available for purchase until Sunday, May 12th
Each session will be limited to 15 minutes and you will receive two (2) digital family images to do with as you choose. The images will be large enough to create your own prints, canvas, mugs, socks, etc from wherever you want… if you can image it, you can create it!
Important Info:
- Each session will be limited to 15 minutes – Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
- Location: Rouse Hill Regional Park – Specific location details to be confirmed when you book your session.
- Max number of people in the photo is eight (8).
- Immediately after purchasing, you will be able to download a digital gift certificate to present to Mum or a loved one of your choice, plus the link to book your session
- You will receive digital images ONLY.
- We will be providing specific sessions for families with special needs. Please email us at parentsandfriends@nwcc.nsw.edu.au for more details
- Your photographer will be selected at random based on dates, booking times, and their availability.
- Pets are allowed as per the National Parks guidelines
- Rouse Hill Regional Park: Dogs are permitted in this park – you will need to keep them on a leash at all times and remember to pick up after them. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the pavilions.
Portrait Session Info:
- Portrait sessions will be available on April 15th, April 25th, and Saturdays from April 27th to June 9th between 9:00-11:30 am and 2:00-4:30 pm.

If we’re able to we will make more dates/sessions available. We’re working hard to make sure no one misses out.

How to obtain your images:
- Please allow 2 weeks for your images to be ready.
- You will receive information from your photographer on how to download your images once they have been edited.
- There will be options with your photographer to purchase additional images, prints, etc.
Late Arrivals/Cancellations/Refunds:
- If you are late to your session, you will be required to wait for the next available session.
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We will provide you with an opportunity to reschedule.
- If you cannot reschedule your session, we can only offer a $25 refund as we need to pay the photographers for their time.
